ListApp (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how your personal information is collected, used, and disclosed by ListApp.

Please note that this information is only gathered if you login. And any content of the lists only gets uploaded to the database if you share the list or if you use the cloud symbole to save it to the cloud.

1. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide to Us

Account Information: When you sign in using Apple, we collect your name to create your account and display your name to users you share lists with.
User Content: We collect the lists, categories, and items you create, including their titles and completion status, to provide the synchronization service.
Profile Information: You may choose to set a username, which is stored and displayed to other users in shared lists.

B. Information Collected Automatically

Device Information: We may collect information about the device you use to access the app, such as the device model and operating system, to ensure compatibility.
Log Data: Our servers (hosted by Google Firebase) may record standard log data when you use the service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Provide, maintain, and improve the ListApp service.
Synchronize your lists across multiple devices in real-time.
Enable sharing and collaboration features with other users.
Authenticate your identity and prevent unauthorized access.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Google Firebase as our backend service provider. Firebase helps us with:

Authentication: To manage user accounts securely.
Database (Firestore): To store and sync your lists and items.

Shared Lists: If you choose to share a list, your username and the contents of that specific list will be visible to the participants you invite.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal information and list content for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the service. You can delete your lists or items at any time within the app.

You can also choose to delete your account entirely from the settings screen. This action is permanent and will:

Delete all lists that you own. This will remove them for all participants.
Remove you from any shared lists where you are a participant.
Delete your user profile information, including your username and authentication credentials.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including utilizing Firebase’s secure infrastructure and security rules. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.

7. Children’s Privacy

ListApp is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

Terms of Service for AllList

Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the AllList mobile application (the “Service”) operated by AllList (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding the password or credentials that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account.

3. User Content

Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text or other material (“Content”). You are responsible for the Content that you post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

By posting Content to the Service, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, perform, display, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through the Service (e.g., to sync it to your other devices). You retain any and all of your rights to any Content you submit, post or display on or through the Service and you are responsible for protecting those rights.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall AllList, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

7. “AS IS” Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.
